Scalable Expansion. Innovative Creativity.
The idea of credit union micro branches is not entirely new. However, taking a method of scalable expansion from nation-wide chains and restaurants, made sense when looking to open multiple, cost-effective branches in high-traffic, retail areas. Not only does this approach help build brand identity and recognition, but leverages economy of scale. In these designs, infrastructure for plumbing and general layout design was considered to make these facilities attractive to restaurants and coffee shops if the credit union decided to leave the area.
Our work with PG Design + Build blended high quality construction, modest budgets, and a scalable solution into one clean strategy allowing us to focus more on purchasing land with higher retail traffic.
