How Experience, Family, and Passion Shape a Member-First Approach
Vantage Credit Union Advisors is led by Adam L. Ferguson, MBA, CCUE, a recognized strategist, board advisor, and bridge builder in the credit union movement.
Adam’s career spans executive leadership, strategic planning, operations management, human resources, IT, marketing, branding, and AI-driven digital service delivery. This unique combination gives him the ability to see across silos and create strategies that connect purpose with practical execution.
Beyond his professional work, Adam is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. He brings the same care and focus he applies to leadership into his personal life — whether that’s spending time with his family or perfecting the shine on a meticulously detailed car, a passion he’s carried since his teenage years.
With experience serving on boards and collaborating closely with leadership teams, Adam understands the dynamics that shape decision-making at every level. His leadership style is collaborative, forward-thinking, and rooted in the belief that credit unions thrive when they put their members first.
